Bertrand: M&A Strategist and Driver of Sustainable Transformation
Trained as an engineer at Nestlé and with experience in strategic consulting at McKinsey, Bertrand has led international marketing and sales teams before becoming Director of Strategy and M&A at Albéa. Under the auspices of the PAI Partners fund, he orchestrated six major transactions totaling 1.5 billion euros across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Today, as a Board Advisor for several mid-sized companies, he leverages his deep knowledge of B2B business models to help leaders tackle commercial acceleration and external growth challenges.
Convinced that performance must now go hand in hand with impact, Bertrand places ESG issues and the circular economy at the heart of value creation. His leadership style, enriched by his experience in theatrical improvisation, emphasizes listening, creativity, and the ability to unite multicultural teams around a meaningful vision.
